Yes, upon a reassessment, some of the answers are pre-filled in your questionnaire - approximately twenty to fifty percent (20-50%). These answers were entered during your previous assessment and are provided along with your previously uploaded documents in order to save you time. Documents uploaded in the previous assessment can be found in the Document Library. You can add new documents to your current questionnaire if needed. However, if you disassociate previously assessed documents linked to the questionnaire, some of the related information from previous assessment may be removed and result in changes of assessment result.
Do documents from previous assessments count toward the 55 document limit?
No, documents from the previous assessments do not count towards the 55 document limit for the current assessment. This means 55 new documents can be uploaded for each assessment on top of the already uploaded documents from previous assessments.
Why do I get a new questionnaire for every reassessment?
Since we are continuously working to improve our methodology, the questionnaire is always developing. As such, any new or modified questions for your industry, company size and location cannot be pre-filled. For example, we develop new answer options or improve the questions' wording to facilitate understanding. In addition, the questions concerning your company’s performance metrics (e.g. Scope 1 GHG emissions, water consumption) are generally not filled out as these values are subject to constant change. If you find that the answers are not pre-filled, select an appropriate option and make sure you attach the relevant supporting documents as evidence to support your answer.
