How can I upload/link documents to my questionnaire? EcoVadis Support Team May 15, 2018 05:24 Updated All the documents you upload on the questionnaire interface will be taken into account by EcoVadis analysts when assessing your company. There are 2 ways to upload documents: Option 1 - When you select an answer that requires a link, you will see the paperclip icon next to it turning darker. Click on it and select a document previously uploaded, or upload a new document by clicking on "Add a new document". Option 2 - Go directly to the document library (on top of the page) and click on "Add a new document". This will upload the document onto your document library. Please note that this will only upload the document, and will not link the document to a specific question. In order to link the document, you will have to go to specific question, click on the paperclip icon, and select this document within the list of documents. Please note that: - All uploaded documents will be visible on your Doc Library - You only need to upload each document once. Each document can be used as a reference for several answers if necessary.
