Please note that we are currently migrating our internal billing system. This will allow our customers to pay only the difference between subscription plans for the remaining period until their next renewal date.
Before this, customers had to pay the cost of the entire subscription plan to upgrade. Additional months were then added to the upgraded subscription as compensation.
As we work on implementing the new billing system for all our customers, your account may currently be in either the legacy or new system. So, you may encounter one of the following scenarios:
New billing system
To upgrade your subscription through the platform:
- Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
- Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.
- Click on the user menu in the upper right corner and select Subscription & Billing.
- On the following screen, you can select "Upgrade" below your current subscription option.
Clicking 'Upgrade' on the Dashboard or Subscription & Billing page displays all available plan options, as shown below:
You can easily check the price and benefits of plans based on your size and region. Please note that the listed prices pertain to the maximum value of an entire subscription, even though you will only be charged a pro-rated price for the upgrade.
When selecting your desired subscription upgrade, the next page will show the subscription length - either 1 or 3 years. Your new subscription length will match your current subscription. For instance, if your current subscription is 3 years, then the upgrade will be for Premium 3 years, as illustrated in the example below.
If you would like to change your subscription length, the billing country, or any other change that could affect the price, please contact us by selecting the topic Updating billing information in the form.
On this page, you will see the number of days left in your current subscription. This is used as a base to calculate the pro-rated refund for your subscription.
Once you click 'Next', you will be able to review and confirm your billing information for the upgrade. Shortly after, you will receive a new invoice and immediate access to the upgraded features.
Important: A reassessment credit will not be available until the next subscription renewal, when you are required to pay for the entire subscription.
You will not be able to upgrade during the renewal period (30 days before the subscription end date). In this case, you can pay the current invoice and then follow the same steps to upgrade.
Legacy billing system
When you click 'Upgrade' from either the Dashboard or the Subscription & Billing page, all available plan options will be displayed, as shown below:
You can easily compare the prices and main benefits of plans based on your size and region. Also, you will see the prices in either euros or dollars.
The legacy billing system has no option to upgrade to Select. If you would like to upgrade to Select, please please contact us by selecting the topic Subscription upgrade in the form. Please follow the same steps if you want to upgrade during the renewal period (30 days before the subscription end date).
Please note that the prices listed are 'As low as' and reflect the cost per year for a 3-year subscription.
You can choose the subscription you want, and then on the next page, you will select the subscription length - 1 or 3 years. A 3-year subscription offers around a 20% discount and is charged in full.
After clicking "Next", you can review your billing information and confirm the upgrade. The new invoice will be sent to you shortly and you will have immediate access to the upgraded features.
Important: Please note that it is not possible to pay for only the remaining time until your renewal as you will be starting a new contract for either 1 or 3 years. To address this issue, we offer free months to your subscription based on the remaining full quarters (1 quarter equals 3 months) of your current subscription. For example, if you upgrade 2 months before your renewal, you will not receive any additional months.
