You can upgrade your subscription plan or extend your subscription period directly from the EcoVadis platform.

Step 1: Are you inside the renewal period?
The renewal period is 30 days before your subscription's end date.

If you're inside the renewal period, you can upgrade your plan and extend your subscription length.

If you're outside the renewal period, you can only upgrade your plan. Changing the subscription length is not available.
Important: You can only change if you haven’t requested the invoice yet. Once you’ve accepted the pro forma (requested the invoice), you won’t be able to upgrade or extend your subscription.
Step 2: How to upgrade or extend your subscription
Follow these steps:
- Go to https://www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/#/

Log in with your email and password

Use “Forgot password” if needed.

Click the user menu in the top-right corner

Select Subscription & Billing

Click “Manage subscription” under your current plan

Follow the on-screen steps to choose:
- A higher-level plan
- If inside the renewal period, also choose a new subscription period
If your company is still in the free questionnaire period, upgrading is not yet possible. Once your paid subscription begins, you’ll be able to use this feature.
If you're outside the renewal period (more than 30 days before subscription end date):

You’ll pay a prorated amount based on the time remaining in your current subscription.

After selecting your plan:

You’ll review and confirm your billing information.

You’ll receive a new invoice shortly after.
- You’ll get immediate access to the upgraded features.

You’ll review and confirm your billing information.
If you're during the renewal period (within 30 days before the subscription end date):

You’ll be charged the full subscription price for your selected plan and period.

After confirming your upgrade:
- You’ll review and confirm your billing information.

You can choose to request the invoice immediately, or it will be generated automatically at your renewal date.
- Access to the upgraded features will start at the renewal date.

After confirming your upgrade:
Important: A reassessment credit will not be available until the next subscription renewal, when you are required to pay for the entire subscription. If you do not want to wait for the renewal and do not have an available assessment, you can begin working on your questionnaire, but to submit it, you'll need to purchase a new assessment. What happens if you take no action?
If you don’t make any changes to your subscription outside or during the renewal period, it will automatically renew with your current plan and period.
