You can always upgrade your subscription package before the end of your subscription. If you want more information regarding our different packages, please visit our Plans and Pricing page.

Note: we have recently migrated our internal billing system, which enables our customers to pay only the difference between subscription plans for the remaining period until their next renewal date. We have worked on implementing the new billing system for all our customers, so if you encounter any issues with upgrading through the platform, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How to upgrade
To upgrade your subscription through the platform:
- Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
- Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.
- Click on the user menu in the upper right corner and select Subscription & Billing.
- Select "Upgrade" below your current subscription option.
Note: For customers under the “free questionnaire period”, subscription upgrades are not possible. The upgrade option is available when their paid subscription period starts.
You can quickly check the price and benefits of plans based on your size and region. Please note that the listed prices pertain to the maximum value of an entire subscription, even though you will only be charged a pro-rated fee for the upgrade.
When selecting your desired subscription upgrade, the next page will show the subscription length - 1 or 3 years. Your new subscription length will match your current subscription. For instance, if your existing subscription is 3 years, the upgrade will be for Premium 3 years, as illustrated in the example below.
Note: your subscription renewal date remains the same.
If you would like to change your subscription length, the billing country, or any other change that could affect the price, please contact us by selecting Updating billing information in the form.
On this page, you will see your current subscription's number of days left. This is used as a base to calculate the pro-rated refund for your subscription.
Once you click 'Next,' you can review and confirm your billing information for the upgrade. You will receive a new invoice shortly after and immediate access to the upgraded features.
Important: A reassessment credit will not be available until the next subscription renewal when you are required to pay for the entire subscription. If you do not want to wait for the renewal and do not have an available assessment, you can already start working on your questionnaire, but to submit it, you'll need to purchase a new assessment. You will not be able to upgrade during the renewal period (30 days before the subscription end date). In this case, you can pay the current invoice and then follow the same steps to upgrade.
