If you think you may need more time to complete the questionnaire it’s best if you contact us as soon as possible – before the deadline expires. Our support team will do their best to help you.
If the questionnaire is not submitted within the deadline – and you don’t let us know you need an extension – it will be closed and you will no longer be able to access it. However, if you contact us again within six months from the moment the questionnaire was created, our team may be able to reopen it so that you can conclude your assessment.
