How do I register for EcoVadis Vitals?

To complete the EcoVadis questionnaire, you have to be invited by a business partner. You cannot register on your own.

The registration is free and should take at most 5 minutes. When a business partner invites you to EcoVadis Vitals, you will receive an email notification: 

1. Click on the Get Started link from the email to go to the registration page.
2. On the registration page, provide your first and last name and phone number. You cannot edit your company's name or your business email address. Your business partner has provided these.
   
   Tip: If you don’t have a business phone number, enter your company’s main phone number.

3. Check your inbox. You should have received an email with the registration confirmation link.
   
   Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if the registration confirmation email is not in your inbox.

4. Click the link to create your password, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and access the EcoVadis Vitals platform. 

You’re all set! Now, you can accept your partner’s invitation on the EcoVadis Vitals platform to start the questionnaire.
