How to request a new trading partner's PCF or CBAM data?

Please note: only customers subscribed to Carbon Action Manager will have access to Carbon Product Data.

There are two ways to request carbon product data from your trading partners:

a) From a selected partner: 

Once you access your partner profile, you’ll find the Carbon Product Data tab. 

Within it, you can request it using the “Request product data” button” at the right. You will now be able to add a custom message indicating the product that you want to request. 

Within Carbon Product Data you can also indicate your preference for exclusive access to your partner’s carbon data on the product request form by switching on the “This product data should not be shared with other companies” toggle. Note: The data-sharing is at your partners’ discretion.

Another option is available from your partner list. You can also start a carbon product data request for selected suppliers by clicking on the three dots at the right of the screen. In the dropdown you’ll be able to select “Request Action” and “Carbon Product Data”. 

b) From a group of partners:

From your partners list, you can apply relevant filters to narrow the list of suppliers to request Carbon Product Data..

Once selected all relevant suppliers, you can click on “Request” in the green bar at the bottom.

Within the dropdown menu, you can select “Request actions”. 

Once in the modal, you’ll be able to select “Carbon Product Data” and finalize the request with a custom message, indicating if you’re requesting CBAM or PCF data.
