Does EcoVadis accept Purchase Orders with additional Terms and Conditions?

EcoVadis cannot accept Purchase Orders (POs) that include additional Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

To maintain a streamlined and efficient process, EcoVadis adheres to specific guidelines for Purchase Orders (POs):

• Our invoices are issued without POs and are bound by the EcoVadis T&Cs;
• T&Cs are accepted without exceptions to maintain legal protection and streamline processes;
• No exceptions are made to ensure service integrity and impartiality;
• Our T&Cs are non-negotiable and invalidate any inconsistent terms from purchase orders.
