Why do some of my questions already have an answer?

There are two main reasons why you might see some answers already filled in your questionnaire:

1. Collaboration with colleagues:
   Sustainability is a broad topic, and you might not have all the answers yourself. That’s why it’s a good idea to involve your colleagues in completing the questionnaire. If multiple people in your company are working on the questionnaire, one of your colleagues may have already filled in some answers.

2. Pre-filled answers from reassessment:
   During a reassessment, approximately 20-50% of the answers may be pre-filled based on your previous assessment and the documents you submitted at that time. This helps save time and streamline the process.

   • Previously uploaded documents can be found in the Document Library.
   • You can upload new documents to update your current questionnaire. However, disassociating assessed documents linked to your previous assessment may remove related information and could impact your assessment results.
