How can I pay for my EcoVadis subscription?

There are several ways to pay for your company's EcoVadis subscription.

 

Online payment

You can make a secure online payment directly through the EcoVadis platform. To pay:

1. Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/
2. Log in with your email address and password (use “Forgot password” if needed).
3. Open the user menu in the top right corner.
4. Go to the Subscription & Billing page.
5. Click “Pay now” next to your invoice.
6. Choose one of the available payment options:
   • Credit card: We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and American Express
   • Alipay: China's leading third-party online payment solution.
   • SEPA (Direct Debit): A standard bank transfer method for Euro-denominated payments across the European Union and participating countries.
   • ACH (Direct Debit): A secure way to pay directly from a US-based bank account using the Automated Clearing House network.

By paying online, your transaction is processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe or Alipay). All platforms automatically convert currencies.

Only the credit card option via Stripe allows you to view and select your preferred currency (local or default) before confirming payment.

Bank transfer or check

EcoVadis invoices are issued exclusively in euros (€, EUR) and U.S. dollars ($, USD). You can pay in your local currency via your bank, which will convert the payment to EUR or USD based on the exchange rate on the remittance day.

Payment details for bank transfers and check remittances are shown at the bottom of your pending invoice.

Important notes:

• EcoVadis only accepts checks in EUR and USD.
• Bank transfers may take up to 5 business days to be processed and registered in the system.
• Check payments may take up to 10 business days to be processed and registered in the system.
