How can I pay for my EcoVadis subscription?

There are several ways to pay for your company's EcoVadis subscription:

Online payment 

You can pay directly on your EcoVadis platform by following these steps:

1. Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
2. Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.
3. Open the user menu in the top right of the page and go to the Subscription & Billing page.
4. Click "Pay now" next to the invoice to start your payment.
5. Select one of the three payment options (as shown in the image below):
   • Stripe: We accept payment by MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and American Express
   • PayPal: A PayPal account is required to pay through the PayPal option.
   • Alipay: China's leading third-party online payment solution.

By paying online on your EcoVadis platform, our secure payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal or Alipay) will automatically convert the amount.

Bank & Check Payments

Our invoices are issued exclusively in Euros (€) and U.S. dollars (USD). You can make a payment in your local currency through your bank, which will convert it to EUR or USD based on the exchange rate provided on the remittance day.

Payment details for bank transfers and check remittances are available at the bottom of your pending invoice, as shown in the sample below:

Important Notes:

• EcoVadis only accepts checks in EUR and USD.
• Bank transfers may take up to 5 business days to be processed and registered in our system.
• Check payments may take up to 10 business days to be processed and registered in our system.
