How can I pay for my EcoVadis subscription?

There are several ways to pay for your company's EcoVadis subscription:

Online payment 

You can pay directly on your EcoVadis platform by following these steps:

1. Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
2. Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.
3. Open the user menu in the top right of the page and go to the Subscription & Billing page.
4. Click "Pay now" next to the invoice to start your payment.
5. Select one of the three payment options (as shown in the image below):
   • Stripe: We accept payment by MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and American Express
   • PayPal: A PayPal account is required to pay through the PayPal option.
   • Alipay: China's leading third-party online payment solution.

By paying online on your EcoVadis platform, our secure payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal or Alipay) will automatically convert the amount.

Bank transfer

Our invoices are exclusively issued in Euros (€) and American dollars (USD). You can pay the equivalent amount in your local currency to your local bank, and the payment will be converted to our accepted currencies, EUR and USD. Your local bank shall provide the exchange rates on the remittance day.

Note: Payments by bank transfer may take up to 5 business days to be registered in our system.
