Can EcoVadis provide us with a formal contract?

Since the purchase for a subscription is performed online, we refer to our Terms & Conditions as a contract.

When completing the registration form, you are asked to accept our Terms & Conditions. When bypassing the registration stage, you will be asked to accept the Terms & Conditions when signing up and logging in to the platform for the first time. Your acceptance is intended as a valid virtual signature. The information about who accepted the T&Cs is displayed in the Company Profile page, available in the user menu in the top right of the page.
