There might be several reasons for this :
- Your evaluation has not been published yet. You shall receive an email once the results are available online.
- Your payment has not been marked as paid (payment registration delay varies depending on the selected payment method - See article 4.2.4 for more information)
You can see the status of your invoice (paid/unpaid) on your EcoVadis platform.
Do not hesitate to contact us if the invoice still appears unpaid after 2 weeks.
Please note that you will be notified by email as soon as your payment is registered.
