You shall receive an email once the results are available online.- Your payment has not been marked as paid (payment registration delay varies depending on the selected payment method - See article 4.2.4 for more information)You can see the status of your invoice (paid/unpaid) on your EcoVadis platform.Do not hesitate to contact us if the invoice still appears unpaid after 2 weeks.
