There could be a few reasons for this:

Your assessment results haven’t been published yet.
- After 5 business days of submitting the questionnaire, you can check the estimated publication date for your results on the EcoVadis Ratings platform.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your company’s scorecard is available online.

Your payment hasn’t been processed yet.
- Payments made by bank transfer may take up to 5 business days to be registered in our system.
- You can check your invoice status (paid/pending) on the EcoVadis platform.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment is successfully registered.
What to do if the issue persists:
If your invoice still shows as pending two weeks after payment, please contact us for assistance.
