You will receive an email confirmation once your company's scorecard is available online; Your invoice has not yet been marked as paid (some payment methods may take longer to be registered). You can check the status of your invoice (paid/pending) on your EcoVadis platform. Do not hesitate to contact us if the invoice still appears as pending after two weeks of your payment.
