Will the results of my assessment be kept confidential?

EcoVadis is fully committed to ensuring the safety of its customers’ data and provides highly secure online solutions.

Your assessment results will be kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with the trading partner who has requested your assessment. Once shared with a trading partner, the trading partner will have access to your subsequent assessment results, too. 

Trading partners with an Enterprise subscription have the ability to browse the Directory available in their platform,   view names of companies that have been rated by EcoVadis, and request access to their assessment results. 

If another trading partner wishes to access your assessment results, a  sharing request is sent by email to your company’s Assessment Administrators and to the contact provided by the requesting company. You have seven (7) calendar days to decline such a sharing request. You can also immediately accept it. In case you do not decline the request within seven days, your assessment results will be shared with the requesting trading partner.
