How can I reset my password?

If you can't remember your EcoVadis password, you can reset it yourself in a couple of minutes.

Reset your password

  1. Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/#/password-reset.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your EcoVadis account and submit.
  3. You'll receive an automatic email with a link to create a new password. Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't arrive within 10 minutes.

If you don't receive the reset email

  • Check your spam or junk folder;
  • Ask your IT department or mail provider to whitelist EcoVadis's communications, so our emails aren't filtered out;
  • If you still don't receive it after multiple attempts, contact our Support team.

If you still can't access the platform after resetting your password

This can happen for a few reasons:

  • Your questionnaire access is blocked due to multiple missed deadlines;
  • Your user account was deactivated automatically because you last logged in more than three years ago;
  • Your company's administrator deactivated your user account.

If any of these apply to you, contact our Support team.

If your account is blocked after failed login attempts

For security reasons, EcoVadis blocks access to the platform after 5 failed login attempts. When that happens, you can wait 15 minutes to regain access and try again, or ask your company's Assessment Administrator to unblock you immediately from the User Management page.

If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your company has an SSO integration in place, resetting your password via the standard EcoVadis login page isn't possible — you must use the dedicated URL link sent to you by EcoVadis when your account was activated. Password management for SSO accounts is owned entirely by your company; contact your internal IT team if you're having trouble logging in.
