If you cannot remember your EcoVadis password, follow the steps below to reset it:
1. Go to https://www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/#/password-reset.
2. Enter your email address and submit.
You will receive an automatic email with a link and instructions to create your new password. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within 10 minutes.
**If after multiple attempts, you do not receive the password reset email, please contact your IT department or mail service provider in order to ensure that Ecovadis's communications are whitelisted.**
Please make sure your password meets the following requirements:
- Minimum of 10 characters;
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z);
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z);
- At least one number (0-9);
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*).
If, after following these steps, you are still unable to access the EcoVadis platform, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your questionnaire access is blocked due to multiple missed deadlines;
- Your user account was deactivated automatically because you last logged in more than three years ago;
- The administrator at your company deactivated your user account.
