Formerly EcoVadis Support (RIB) June 23, 2018 13:31 Updated You can access the questionnaire platform following this link: https://www.ecovadis-survey.com/SupplierPortal/Default.aspx?AcceptsCookies=yes Once logged in, click on the “Enter survey” button. If this is the first time you are completing the evaluation, your username will become the same email address provided in the registration form. An email will be sent to you with login details once your questionnaire is ready. If your company has already received the questionnaire, and you do not have a username, there are two options for you to access your portal. Please ask your colleague (the Primary Contact) who has been contacted by EcoVadis to create a user account for you. The Primary Contact can create user accounts for colleagues. If you are the Primary Contact, log onto your platform, and on the welcome page click on "Want to invite collaborator to participate to the assessment process?" underneath the "Enter survey" button. You can then enter their details, and they will receive an email to confirm their account creation. Please note that several users can work at the same time on the interface: do not hesitate to involve relevant people in your company. If your colleague with access is for whatever reason not available, please submit a request with the following details: name of your company (as it appears in EcoVadis), name/surname, position, email address and phone number.
