As such, it is possible that you experience bugs or error messages at some point. If you encounter difficulties, please check your internet browser settings: while our interface is working with all type of browsers, it is not compatible with the oldest versions of Internet Explorer (prior to IE7). You might need to update your browser, or try an alternative Browser, like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (both are free and easy to install). Try to reload the page, or else try on a different internet browser. If the problem persists, contact our support service at email@example.com.
