Your rating is the result of the EcoVadis assessment, a transparent and tested methodology based on international standards that ensure its quality and reliability (click here to learn more). EcoVadis is available to answer questions regarding our assessment, in two ways:
EcoVadis has a formalized process to answer companies’ questions regarding their assessment results. Companies can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of specific questions which will be transferred to the analyst in charge of the assessment. The analyst will respond in detail via email within 10 working days. This service comes at no additional cost.
In addition to the standard support described above, EcoVadis offers a 1 Hour Assessment Debrief available to Premium and Corporate subscribers (Premium: at an additional cost of 500EUR (750USD). Corporate: included in the subscription). The Debrief consists of a web conference with an EcoVadis CSR analyst, covering the following topics:
- EcoVadis Evaluation Methodology: explanation of the EcoVadis methodology, with focus on the methodology indicators, scoring scale, 360, public documents
- Performance Overview: detailed overview of your performance, focusing on strengths and improvement points
- Performance Improvement (Client-specific if applicable): Key points for improvement, focusing on the client-specific requests (if applicable)
- Navigating the Portal & Communicating with Clients: explanation on how to use the portal to create Corrective Action Plans, communicating with clients and next steps
In addition to the topics listed above, you can provide a list of specific items for discussion. The list should be sent to EcoVadis in a timely manner before the session. To schedule your Assessment debrief, you are invited to send an email to email@example.com.
