This 1-hour paid methodology session allows you to ask specific questions regarding your latest assessment. The discussion provides clarity on how the methodology evaluates your evidence.

Clarifying Outcomes: A detailed look at identified improvement areas and guidance on utilizing the platform's availablet ools.

The Sessions with an Analyst are available in the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, German, and English. Note: During peak periods, sessions may be provided in English to ensure timely assistance.

Recording and AI - generated notes* may be provided, upon rated company’s request
*Gemini notes are only available for meetings via Google meet. Our preferred tool is Google Meet with AI-generated notes.

How to book a Session with an Analyst?

This is a fee-based service. The fee for a session is as follows:

  • 750 EUR/1000 USD for Basic subscription

  • 500 EUR/700 USD for Premium subscription

Preparing for your Session

STEP 1
Confirm your company’s  Qualification  information (LEN, size, industry classification).

STEP 2
Review your full scorecard: scores, strengths, improvement areas, ‘Analysis of your answers’, and 360 news.

STEP 3
Review guidance materials, including the Scoring Principles and Document Guide.

STEP 4
Share your points of interest in advance, especially if you want to discuss specific methodology concepts or sustainability topics. Examples of points of interest that can be addressed in this session:

  • “How does the methodology evaluate requirements for the 75 scoring tier in the Environmental Policy?”

  • Clarity on the document requirements.

STEP 5
Confirm attendees and meeting time, providing names, titles, and emails.

Our team typically needs 10 business days to prepare a customized agenda.
