How can I access a copy of our answers to the questionnaire?

You can download a PDF of your company’s questionnaire with the answers provided during a specific assessment by following the steps below:

1. Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
2. Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.
3. Select My Performance in the left menu.
4. Select the scorecard publication date at the top of the scorecard.
5. Click "Download questionnaire" at the right-hand side of the page.
6. Select your preferred language. Download will start automatically.
