How can I download a copy of our questionnaire answers?

You can easily download a PDF copy of your company’s questionnaire, including all the answers provided during a specific assessment. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
2. Log in with your username (your email address) and password. If needed, you can use the "Forgot password" link on the login page.
3. From the left-hand navigation menu, select "My Performance."
4. At the top of the scorecard, choose the scorecard publication date for the assessment you want to download.
   
5. On the right-hand side of the page, click "Download questionnaire."
   
   
6. Select your preferred language, and the download will begin automatically.

By following these steps, you'll have a complete record of your submitted answers at your fingertips.
