EcoVadis Support (BOA) January 18, 2018 21:27 Updated Sometimes, some of your clients ask you to complete a very short set of complementary questions when they request access to your assessment results. These questions are usually linked with specific requirements they might have, such as your compliance with their supplier charter, or specific industry-related questions. As a result, before sharing your current Scorecard with them, you are asked to answer these questions. To do so:1. Answer the questions: simply log on to your EcoVadis account, where you will be able to enter the questionnaire (click on the green button: “Answer Client Specific questions”).2. Accept the sharing: as soon as this is complete, you will be redirected to your portal, where you will be able to accept to share with the client: click on “accept” in the box “My clients” you see on the portal home page.Please note that both steps are required for the sharing to be complete. N.B. Please note that your client specific questions are not linked with your CSR assessment performed by EcoVadis experts, and the answers you give will not impact your EcoVadis results.
