I have a request to answer custom questions: what does it mean?

Some trading partners may ask you to complete a short set of additional custom questions. These questions are based on their specific requirements, such as compliance with their supplier charter, specific industry-related questions, etc. These questions are not linked to your assessment performed by EcoVadis sustainability analysts, and your answers will not impact your EcoVadis score.

To share your company's sustainability performance with a trading partner, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
2. Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.
3. Go to Network in the main menu and open the Sharing Activity list.
4. At the top of the list, you will see the new requests. Click "Accept" inside the request.

If there are custom questions associated with the request, you will be redirected to the questionnaire. Once you answer the questions and submit the questionnaire, your company's sustainability performance will be shared with the trading partner.
