What is a supporting document? Vanessa Ishikawa September 12, 2019 02:55 Updated The supporting documents are evidence of your answers and are critical for the reliability of your assessment. Kindly note that your answers to the questionnaire can only be credited if they are backed up by the requested documentation. The documents should demonstrate your company’s CSR management system, be recent, relevant & complete and relate to the corresponding scope of the evaluation. Please download our Document Guide (also available in French, Chinese and Japanese) to see examples of documents you could upload to your questionnaire.
