The documents link system on the questionnaire interface allows you to upload a document just once and then link it to support as many of your answers as you need; all uploaded documents can then be traced back to the Document Library.
All documents included in the Document Library will be considered in the assessment regardless of whether they are linked to specific answers, with the following two exceptions:
- A document that is deemed as obsolete/outdated by our analyst team will not be taken into consideration in the evaluation. It is expected that the policies, actions and results of a company's CSR management system is reviewed on a regular basis, as such policies and actions over 8 years old will not be considered while KPI reporting will be considered if less than 2 years old.
- A limitation is set to 55 new documents for each assessment survey. If you reach this limit, make sure you do not have duplicates in your library. See more tips in article 2.4.3: click here
