You can unsubscribe from the EcoVadis service at any time in your EcoVadis platform. Your decision will be recorded immediately and will be effective at the end of your current subscription period. For instance, if you still have three months left in your current subscription period on the day you unsubscribe, you will maintain access to the EcoVadis platform and all your current services until the expiration date indicated in your platform.
To cancel your company’s subscription, please follow these steps:
- Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
- Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.
- Click on the user menu in the upper right corner and select “Subscription & Billing.”
- Click on “Cancel subscription” in the bottom left part of the page.
For us to monitor the quality of our service, we ask that you select a reason for your decision to unsubscribe.You will also be able to leave a comment about your experience.

To begin a guided tour with Eva:
- Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
- Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.
- Click on the question mark icon in the bottom left corner.
- Select your question from the list, or type your question into the search bar.
Important: Once you decide to cancel your company's subscription, this will impact all users in your company currently using EcoVadis. In other words, when your subscription is terminated, all your company users will lose access to their EcoVadis accounts.
Please note that, according to our T&Cs, your subscription is renewed automatically if you do not cancel your subscription. If you do not want it to be renewed, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date indicated in your platform.
