Even if your trading partner does not require an assessment this year, keeping your EcoVadis subscription helps you stay ahead of the evolving sustainability standards, attract new business opportunities, and protect your brand reputation.

Your subscription includes the following:

Unlimited Sharing. Share your score within the EcoVadis Network. Premium subscribers can also share externally (e.g., on the company’s website, social media, or RFPs). You can learn more about sharing your performance in the Help Center or access our Communications Kit for Rated Companies for ready-to-use templates.
- Benchmark Insights. Compare your performance against industry peers.
- Corrective Action Plan. Implement improvements and communicate progress to your trading partners.
- Carbon Scorecard. Support your company’s decarbonization journey.
- Performance Metrics. Report key sustainability indicators like energy use, GHG emissions, and waste production.
- EcoVadis Academy. Access e-learning courses on sustainability management, policy development, and reporting.

How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the EcoVadis platform. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. For example, if you cancel three months before renewal, you’ll keep full access until the subscription expires on the date shown on the platform.
To cancel:
- Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.
- Log in with your email and password (use the “Forgot password” if needed).
- Click the user icon (top right corner) and select Subscription & Billing.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel your subscription at the bottom left of the page.

You’ll be asked to select a reason for canceling and may leave optional feedback to help us improve EcoVadis services.

Important notes

Cancellation applies to your entire company account. All company users will lose access at the next renewal.

According to our Terms & Conditions, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date displayed on the platform.

If you don’t cancel before the renewal date, we can’t cancel the invoice.
Changed your mind? Restore your subscription.
If you decide to keep your subscription before the renewal date, simply go to Subscription & Billing and click Restore subscription.
