How to use the Audit Corrective Action Plan tool? Formerly EcoVadis Support (RIB) July 03, 2018 12:59 Updated The Audit Corrective Action Plan (CAP) module is a newly created online collaborative tool that enhances the supplier verification process by making audit data and Corrective Action (CA) information available through a common online platform. Through this platform, Audits and CAs can be shared confidentially between your company, your customers, and 3rd party audit firms if applicable. The Audit Corrective Action Plan tool enables you to: Share audit reports and build audit Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) online with one or multiple customers Communicate planned and completed audit CAs with your customers Receive feedback from your customers View this short webinar to get started: 1. Share your audit report The platform allows you to upload your audit report and share the report with your customer(s). Upload your audit report from “My support documents” Fill in all the audit information Select the customers you would like to share the audit report with 2. Create audit CA You can also create audit CAs based on the uploaded audit report and share the audit CAs with selected customers. Link the corresponding audit report to this CA Fill in all the CA information: topic, root cause, finding solution, deadline, implementation plan etc. Once published, the CA will be shared with all your customers who have access to the linked audit report 3. Complete audit CA Whenever your company has completed an action, remember to change the status of the action to “completed”. You have the ability to upload documentation and evidence to support your responses. Please note: Supporting documents uploaded into the CAP will be visible to your customers with whom you have shared the CA. The CAP feature is a dynamic tool you can use to communicate with your customers. They can see all actions you publish and they also have the ability to insert comments and recommendations.
