Understanding these terms will help you manage your subscription effectively and ensure your scorecards remain accessible and up-to-date.
Subscription Period
The subscription period is the duration for which you have purchased access to the platform’s features. During this time, you can:
- Share scorecards proactively with other companies.
- Accept scorecard-sharing requests from business partners.
- Access platform features, including viewing and sharing scorecards, sharing metrics, and accessing courses in EcoVadis Academy.
Scorecard Validity
Scorecard validity refers to how long a scorecard remains valid. A scorecard is valid for one year from its publication date. During this period, it can be shared and viewed by others.
🔹 Note: An active subscription is required to access platform features and share your scorecard.
After the validity period expires, the scorecard must be updated through a reassessment to remain current.

Example Scenario
- You purchase a one-year subscription on January 1, 2025 → Your subscription is active until December 31, 2025.
- A scorecard is published on February 1, 2025 → It remains valid until January 31, 2026.
- If your subscription ends on December 31, 2025, the scorecard remains valid until January 31, 2026, but you will need to renew your subscription to share it or accept sharing requests.
For a scorecard to be published before the end of the calendar year, the completed questionnaire must be submitted by September 30, 2025. EcoVadis cannot guarantee publication before year-end for questionnaires submitted after this date.
