The following steps outline the necessary actions for Suppliers to successfully enroll in the EcoVadis Worker Voice program and receive all necessary information required for an effective deployment. This includes details on accessing the survey platform, identifying results and accessing support resources for any queries or technical assistance.
Following these steps carefully will provide a smooth and successful implementation of the EcoVadis Worker Survey and a valuable contribution, as well as insights, to your sustainability assessment.
Steps for Suppliers Registration Process
After suppliers receive the activation code and instructions from the sponsor or EcoVadis, they will be able to begin self-registration of their worksites onto our platform. The step-by-step guide below describes how the self-registration process works for suppliers. You can learn more about the self registration process here.
There are 8 steps for self-registration on the platform:

Step 1: Access the Registration Page
- Have ready the activation code provided in your activation email.
- Open the registration link provided in your activation email.
- Click the “Register Now” button to begin.
Step 2: Enter Activation Details
- Email: Enter your work email address. This will be the email you use to log in to the platform, so make sure it’s not a shared email address.
- Activation Code: Enter the unique code you have received.
- Consent: Check the boxes to agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Data Privacy Policy.
- Click Start Registration.
Step 3: Welcome Screen & Overview
- Please have ready the following information as you will need it to complete the registration process:
- Personal contact information
- Company legal name & address
- Worksite locations & workforce size
- Note: If you need time to gather your business details, you can save your progress and return to continue the registration later. Once you begin, you have one week to complete the registration. After a week, your code will still be valid but you will have to restart the registration process from the beginning.
- Click “Start Registration” to proceed to the forms.
Step 4: Contact Details
- Verify your Email address.
- Enter your First Name and Last Name.
- Select your Country and Preferred Language for platform access and communications.
- Click “Continue”.
Step 5: Company Information
- Company Name: Enter the legal business name of your company.
- Address: Provide the phone number and physical address of your company headquarters (HQ).
- Industry Profile: Select your specific Industry and Sub-Industry from the dropdown menus.
- Company Details: Select your Company Size (number of employees world-wide)
- Enter your EcoVadis ID or DUNS Number if you have them. These are optional business numbers that can help us to improve the data collection and reporting process for your company.
- Click “Next”.
Step 6: Worksite Details
- Site Name & Address: Enter the specific name and location of your worksite.

Workforce Size: Enter the total number of employees at this specific site.
- Note: This number is used to calculate your target participation. In order to have a representative view of the entire workforce, not all of your employees need to participate in the survey. This target participation represents only the minimum number of participants required to ensure a representative sample for each worksite. The number is determined by the total number of workers you indicated for your worksite, in order to make sure your survey results and reports are as accurate as possible.
- Multiple Sites: If you are registering more than one location, click “Add another worksite” at the bottom of the form. Note: if this link is not visible in the form, it means that you have reached the maximum number of worksites allowed for your activation code.
- Save Progress: If you need time to gather information about your worksites, you can click “Save progress” and return to the registration form later. You have 1 week to complete your registration. If you return after 1 week, you will need to begin a new registration.
- Click “Save and Finish” to finalize your registration.
Step 7: Launch the program at your worksite(s)
Once you complete the registration process, you will receive an email with instructions for how to launch the survey at your worksite(s).
- Check your email inbox for a message titled "How to start the Worker Voice Program."
- This email will contain links to promotional materials about the Worker Voice program, in all the local languages available for your worksite. Please review the information provided in the email and attachments. Download the posters and fliers and print them. Posters should be displayed in high-traffic areas like canteens, restrooms, and notice boards. Flyers may be handed out to workers to keep.
- Workers will need to enter the site ID number displayed on the posters to be able to participate.
Step 8: Access Program Results
Once you complete the registration process, you will receive an email to create your password and access our platform to visualize your results.
- Check your email inbox for a message called "Confirm your email."
- Click the “Confirm email” button in that message.
- A new screen will open, asking you to set your account password. Follow the on-screen instructions to do so.
- After you finish setting your password, Navigate to the main login page for our platform by typing app.ulula.app in your browser address bar.
- On the login page, click “Go to login”, and enter the email address and password you just created.
- Click “Login” to access the platform.
- On the left side of the screen, you will see a dark navigation bar with icons. Click on the second icon with 4 rectangles to access the “Dashboard” screen.
- Once you launch the Worker Voice program at your worksite, and your workers begin to participate in the program surveys, this “Dashboard” screen will visualize survey results from all your worksite(s) into easy-to-read charts, graphs and tables.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my EcoVadis ID?
If you are an existing EcoVadis customer, you can find your EcoVadis ID on your “Company Profile” page. To navigate to this page, you will need to:
- Log in to the EcoVadis platform with your EcoVadis username and password
- Click on your company name in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click on “Company Profile” in the dropdown menu
Your unique EcoVadis ID number will be displayed on the page next to the label “EVID”.
Sharing your EcoVadis ID during the registration process for Worker Voice is optional, but it will help us to provide you with an improved experience across all your EcoVadis products.
