How do I visualize my EcoVadis Worker Voice result?

Upon completing registration, an email will be sent within five (5) business days detailing how to access the Ulula platform. This platform (https://app.ulula.app/login) provides survey results, visualizations, and dashboards. These features enable a deeper understanding of worker demographics and sentiment, presented through charts that show positive and negative feedback for all survey questions. Reports can be downloaded as PDF or PowerPoint files directly from the platform. Requesting partners will also have access to an Ulula dashboard that contains anonymized, aggregated results and downloadable reports.

How can I access the Ulula platform?

Upon successful registration, an email containing instructions for accessing the Ulula platform will be sent within five business days to the registered email address.

What should I do if I cannot access the platform or reset my password?

For technical difficulties, please create a ticket by clicking https://support.ecovadis.com/hc/en-us. Please include a screenshot of the issue as well as details - you will receive a response within 10 hours. In the meantime, please ensure you are using Google Chrome to access the platform, and check your spam folder for a reset password email. 

Where can I visualize the results of the survey?

Access your site's data on the Ulula Platform at [https://app.ulula.app/login]. After logging in, explore data visualizations showing participant numbers and demographics. Utilize the Performance Results dashboards for key metrics. A walkthrough video is available to guide you through the platform's features and data interpretation. 

How can I download the report?

To download a report, click the icon indicated by the red square. You will then have the option to download it in either PDF or PowerPoint format.

How will my requesting partner visualize the results?

They will also have access to the Ulula dashboard. This dashboard visualizes aggregated survey results from all implemented sites, displaying anonymized data. Downloadable reports will be available to share with the requesting partner as well.
