Call conversations may be recorded by EcoVadis in order to monitor call quality and to provide internal training. Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Ecovadis.
The call recordings may be kept for up to 6 months. Analytical documents are kept for up to one year.
The recipients of these call recordings are the Customer Engagement Team managers and Training Team.
Some of these team members are located outside the European Union in EcoVadis subsidiaries (Mauritius, Hong Kong, USA). The transfer has been authorized by the French Data protection authority and as safeguard this transfer is governed by (Data controller - Data controller) standard contractual clauses. The US subsidiary is registered in the EU - US Privacy Shield governing the transfer of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States.
Ecovadis uses providers (processors) that are based outside the European Union (Aircall). These providers are either registered in the EU - US Privacy Shield or the transfer is governed by (Data controller - Data processor) standard contractual clauses.
