EcoVadis subscription pricing is not fixed, as it depends on your company’s specific needs.

Overview of pricing

Subscription fees are tailored to each company based on:

• Company size (such as the number of employees);
• Selected subscription plan (such as Basic, Premium, Select, or Corporate);
• Location.

As a result, pricing may differ significantly from one organisation to another.

What is included in the subscription fee?

The annual subscription typically includes:

• A full sustainability assessment conducted by our analysts;
• A company scorecard with sustainability performance results;
• Access to our platform and collaboration tools;
• Corrective Action Plan and improvement resources;
• The ability to share your scorecard with customers and business partners;
• Access to learning and guidance resources (depending on the plan).

Subscription plans

EcoVadis offers several subscription options, each designed for different needs:

• Basic or Premium – for standard company assessments and scorecard sharing;
• Select – includes enhanced support, faster assessments, and additional services;
• Corporate – designed for large organizations managing multiple entities or subsidiaries.

Free questionnaire period

If we recently invited you to the platform, you may benefit from a free questionnaire period. During this time, you will have:

• Up to six weeks to access and complete the questionnaire (subscription is required upon submission);
• Access to selected platform features;
• The option to cancel the questionnaire before submission.
