To access your EcoVadis platform:
1. Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/
2. Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.

If your company has an SSO integration in place
Overview of Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration
Single Sign-On (SSO) for our Ratings Platform is available to all EcoVadis customers. SSO is included in all Enterprise packages. SSO integration enables a seamless log-in experience without entering your EcoVadis credentials to log in to the EcoVadis platform. Upon request, EcoVadis, in coordination with your technical team, can configure an SSO integration. Once completed, you will receive a dedicated URL to log in automatically. The EcoVadis SSO integration supports protocol SAML 2.0 and OpenID, the most common tools providing single sign-on authentication on the web.

Single Sign-On (SSO): Accessing Your EcoVadis Platform
If you have a Single Sign-On (SSO) integration in place, you must access the custom URL link sent to you via email from EcoVadis upon activating your user account. This link is the only way for you to access your EcoVadis platform. Logging in with the standard EcoVadis login page will no longer work. Similarly, resetting your password via the standard EcoVadis login page is not possible for customers with an SSO integration.
In summary, for customers with an SSO integration, the password management is wholly owned by the customer organization; thus, EcoVadis cannot facilitate a reset. Please contact your company’s internal IT team if you have any questions.
Single Sign-On (SSO): Troubleshooting other issues
If you are experiencing any other problems related to your SSO integration, please contact your company’s internal IT team, as all SSO integrations are managed by customers after initial set-up. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact your EcoVadis Account Manager for assistance.
