One of the options for inviting trading partners to an assessment is including them into an assessment "campaign". A campaign represents a number of trading partners invited simultaneously, assessed within a common time frame, and potentially grouped by a set of common criteria (procurement category, industry, location, etc.). The timeline of the entire assessment process depends on the type of campaign and very much on the reactivity of your trading partners to register on the platform and start the questionnaire.
A standard campaign takes about 12-16 weeks to complete. It includes:
- Submitting the selected trading partners' data to EcoVadis;
- Registration;
- Data collection;
- Expert analysis;
- Scorecard publication.

EcoVadis offers a priority assessment campaign for RFP (request for proposal) situations: This RFP or tender campaign takes about 6-8 weeks to complete.
The short time frame is due to the following:
- Invited companies skip the registration stage: they are qualified by the EcoVadis internal data management team;
- Deadlines for submitting the questionnaire are fixed;
- Submissions have priority status for the expert analysis.
Please note that the number of trading partners invited within an RFP campaign must be limited to twenty (20) to ensure on-time results delivery.
