What are the different training services offered by EcoVadis?

Support and commitment from your company’s procurement team is a key element for a successful sustainable procurement program. EcoVadis training services were typically designed to drive commitment to your program amongst the procurement team members and can be extended to other involved stakeholders. The overall training objective is to support your company in the sustainable procurement change management process: creating awareness among team members, deepening understanding of the value and requirements of the initiative and driving action to achieve program goals.
The different training services that EcoVadis provides are:

1. Introduction training
A detailed presentation of the EcoVadis process, the business case for sustainable procurement and principles of campaign management.

2. Advanced training on managing corrective actions
Specific instructions on how to interpret EcoVadis Scorecard results, communicate with the rated companies around the assessment and use the Corrective Action Plan to implement improvements.

3. Advanced team enablement
This training module demonstrates to regional or commodity teams how to manage assessment campaigns and follow up with the invited companies.

4. Project manager training
A cross-customer company training session held by EcoVadis experts and team members
at our HQ and online, offering a deep insight into the EcoVadis process and project
management practices. The main objective is to give you insights on how to better integrate
sustainability into your procurement processes.
Note that this session is dedicated to Program Managers of requesting companies only (not
meant for rated companies).
 
5. Tailored sustainability workshops
Training sessions on relevant sustainability subjects providing internal team members a detailed understanding of sustainability issues, enabling participants to leverage the EcoVadis Scorecard related to company-specific challenges.

6. E-learning
In-platform ninety-minute e-learning module available in 5 languages about the benefits of sustainability management and continuous improvement.
