Go to www.ecovadis-survey.com/app/.2. Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A "forgot password" link is also available on the login page.3. Click on the question mark icon in the bottom left corner.4. Select your question from the list, or type your question into the search bar.If there is an orange status label next to a company name in Network, our onboarding team has difficulties reaching them and we advise that you contact them. When the status label is red, it means that your immediate action is required due to one of the following reasons:- Your trading partner does not want to undergo the assessment or would like a confirmation before participating;- The invited contact's email address or telephone number does not work;- Your trading partner missed multiple deadlines – we need your help to get them registered or submit their questionnaire. We recommend that you contact the company directly to ensure their participation in the EcoVadis assessment. Remind them of the importance of this for your company.
