Our Help Center offers detailed articles and resources to guide you through every stage of the assessment process. Get immediate answers, where you can access tutorials and videos, overviews and step-by-step instructions.

If you can't find the answer you need in the Help Center, you can reach out to our support team by submitting a request. The form is also available at the top right part of any page on our Help Center.
Please choose the option that best matches your issue and provide as much detail as possible about your request, including your company details and any relevant screenshots or documents. Our next available agent will be happy to assist you.
