How to Access Worker Voice (Ulula) Platform

This article provides a comprehensive guide to the Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation for the Worker Voice (Ulula) platform. It is designed to assist users in understanding the login flow and password reset process via EcoVadis.

Note: If you already have an account with EcoVadis, please use your existing email and password. If you do not have an account, please follow these instructions.

1. Accessing the Ulula Platform

• Navigate to the Ulula login URL: app.ulula.app/login 
• The login page will appear. 

• To access the platform, you must now authenticate via EcoVadis.
• Click on the Go to Login button.

2. Authentication via EcoVadis

• You will be redirected to the EcoVadis login page.
• Enter your EcoVadis username and password.

• Once authenticated, the system will redirect you back to the Ulula Dashboard.

3. Password Reset (If required)

If you cannot log in or missed the migration email:

• On the Ulula login page, click Reset Password.
• You will be redirected to the EcoVadis Reset password page. 
• Enter your Email Address and click Submit.

• Check your email for a verification link.

• Click "Confirm Email" 
• You will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.

• Return to the Ulula login page to Log in.
