Corporate account vs. a standalone subsidiary account
Every EcoVadis account is registered separately, with its own assessment scope and subscription. A Corporate subscription connects a parent company's account to its subsidiaries' accounts, so the parent gains group-wide visibility without merging the subsidiaries into a single registration.
How to add a subsidiary
- Go to your Subsidiaries list under Network and click Search for subsidiaries in the top right corner of the page;
- Start typing the company's name or its DUNS number to see suggested results. Use the Country/Territory filter to narrow your results;
- Click Add to Subsidiaries next to the company to add it to your list;
- To add several companies at once, tick the checkbox beside each company's name, then click Add to subsidiaries on the bulk action bar at the bottom of the page.
Adding a subsidiary to your Corporate account doesn't automatically trigger an assessment for it — it gives you visibility into any assessment invitations the subsidiary receives, and the subsidiary benefits from the linked discount.
If you don't have a Corporate subscription yet
Adding and managing subsidiaries this way requires a Corporate subscription. If you're on a different plan and want to register or connect another company from your group, contact us or upgrade your subscription to Corporate directly from your platform.
