How do I take a course?

Once you click "Start learning now", you will be able to scroll down through the course, interacting with the various content. Click on the banners to reveal further content until your reach the end of each chapter where you will be guided to click on the "Next" button to take you to the next chapter within a course. Once you have completed all chapters of the course and viewed some of the customer example videos, you will be able to take the end of course quiz. You will need to answer 80% of the quiz answers correctly, plus complete the short survey. If you score 80% or higher, you will have the opportunity to download a personalized course completion award.
