Differences between a regular questionnaire and a pre-filled questionnaire

The key distinction lies in the completion process when comparing regular and pre-filled questionnaires. Standard questionnaires require self-filling and can be time-consuming, while pre-filled questionnaires involve analyst support, making them more time-efficient. The collaborative nature of pre-filled questionnaires ensures a streamlined and accurate data collection process, highlighting their advantage in situations where efficiency is crucial.

Prerequisite for pre-filling service:

Ensure that sustainability-related documentation is publicly accessible on the company's 

website.

• Eligible document: downloadable documents in PDF format (not utilized in a prior EcoVadis evaluation)
• Pre-filled document consumes the 55 document quota for each assessment; therefore:
  • A maximum of 7 documents will be pre-filled
  • Documents with the most valid information will be prioritized (e.g.: sustainability report)
  • Only the most updated versions of documents will be pre-filled.
• Only the website of the rated company will be checked, including any potential parent company documents found there. If the rated company does not have a website, the parent company's website will be checked.
• The pre-filling service does not include EcoVadis Corrective Action Plan documents that the company may have been working on between two EcoVadis evaluations.
