After submitting your first questionnaire, you will be able to see the number of available assessments that you can use for a reassessment. When an assessment is available in your account, you can have your company reassessed. You receive one assessment per subscription year (i.e., three-year subscription = three assessments credits). All assessment credits must be used during the current subscription period. Credits will not carry over to the next renewal and will be forfeited if not used. A credit is used when you submit a questionnaire for assessment.
After completing your first assessment, we recommend that your company undergo an assessment once a year, as reflected in the structure of our subscription plans. At the end of each subscription period, your company's subscription renews, and a new reassessment is available to update your score for the upcoming year. You can request an immediate reassessment if you wish to have your company reevaluated during your subscription period. If you do not have an available assessment credit, you can already start working on your questionnaire, but to submit it you'll need to either:

Purchase a new assessment, an additional fee equivalent to the following:
- 50% of the annual Basic subscription price for Basic, Premium, and Corporate plan subscribers ; 50% of the annual Select subscription price for Select plan subscribers. You can check the current prices at www.ecovadis.com/plans-pricing/.
- Purchasing a new assessment won’t extend your current subscription. This credit must be used before your subscription renews, it won’t carry over to the next one. To do it, go to the Subscription & Billing page.

2. Log in using your username (your email address) and password. A “forgot password” link is also available on the login page.
3. Click on the question mark icon in the bottom left corner.
4. Open the “In-Platform Guide” section.
5. Select your question from the list, or type your question into the search bar.
