How to Access Resources for the Worker Voice Program
This guide will introduce you to the self-serve Resources area, where you can access all the materials you will need to launch the Worker Voice program at your registered worksites.
Follow the steps below to learn:
- How to access the self-serve Resources area
- How to browse Program Guides for your products
- How to download Posters & Flyers for your worksites
- How to request Support
⚠️Important: You must finish registering your worksites for Worker Voice before you can access program resources. Please see registration instructions for guidance on this process.
1. How to access the self-serve Resources area
After completing the worksite registration process and setting an account password, you will have access to the Worker Voice platform.
Logging in to the platform
-
Navigate to our main login page at app.ulula.app
-
Click on the green button labeled “Go to login”
- The page will refresh automatically to display the main login form
- Enter the email and password that you created during the registration process
- Click “Log in” to continue
ℹ️Note: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link underneath the login form. Please see password reset instructions for more guidance.
ℹ️Note: If this is your first time logging in to the platform, you will need to agree to our Terms of Use at the pop-up. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
Accessing the Resources area
After you have logged in successfully, you will be able to navigate to the Resources page in one of two ways:
- From any page – in the main navigation menu (screen left), find and click the clipboard icon labeled “Resources”
- From the “Welcome” page – in the “Your Modules” section, find and click the green box labeled “Getting Started - Resources”
On the Resources page, you will see two main content tabs:
- Program Guides (selected by default): this where you can browse instructional resources — such as onboarding videos, deployment checklists and how-to guides — to help you launch the Worker Voice program successfully
- Posters & Flyers: this is where you can download all the printable materials for your worksites, that will help you announce the program to your workers in several languages.
ℹ️Note: The content you see on the Resources page is specific to your company, worksites and the products included in your Worker Voice package. Other suppliers will not see your materials, and you will not see theirs. But if you have registered using an invitation code shared by a sponsoring partner, then that partner will also be able to see your program materials. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
2. How to browse Program Guides for your products
The “Program Guides” tab is where you can browse instructional resources — such as onboarding videos, deployment checklists and how-to guides — to help you launch the Worker Voice program at your registered worksites.
ℹ️Note: The resources published in the “Program Guides” tab are for your information only, and you are not required to share these instructions with your workers in order to launch the program successfully.
Content Sequence
Program guides will be displayed as numbered cards, to suggest an optimal content sequence, but you can choose to view them in any order you wish. These guides will be available for you to review for the entire duration of the program.
Resource Status
Each resource card will display a dot status in the top right corner, to help you keep track of which program guides you have already viewed. Guides you have not yet seen will be labeled with a red dot as “Not viewed”; guides you have already viewed will be labeled with a green dot as “Viewed”; and guides that you have already viewed but have been recently modified will be labeled with a yellow dot as “Updated”, so that you can easily find the most up-to-date instructions for your program.
ℹ️Note: Our team works hard to publish the latest documentation for the Worker Voice program as soon as it becomes available, so check this page often for new information about making the most of your journey with Worker Voice.
Viewing a resource
Program Guides will be available in one or more languages, and can be in video or document format. Both types of resources can be viewed in the same way:
- Click on the “View” button in the bottom right corner of a resource card
- Select one of the languages available from the dropdown list
- The resource will open in a new browser tab, in the language you selected.
-
The system will automatically remember that you have viewed the resource, and mark it with a green dot as “Viewed” when you return to the Resources page.
3. How to download Posters & Flyers for your worksites
The “Posters & Flyers” tab is where you will find all the printable materials that will help you announce the program to your workers.
All posters & flyers will be displayed in a table, with the columns representing your registration details (e.g. company name, product name, worksite name and address etc.), and the rows representing a specific resource variant, depending on your registered product.
ℹ️Note: A copy of all the posters & flyers displayed in this tab will also be delivered to your registered email address a few minutes after you complete your registration.
Browsing Posters & Flyers
Find a specific resource using the filter controls above the table:
- Search: find materials by keyword (e.g. worksite name, address, country etc.)
- Filter by product: Narrow the list by a specific Worker Voice product (e.g., Survey, Connect)
- Filter by language: Show only materials available in a specific worksite language (program-specific languages only)
- Filter by country: Filter by the country the materials are intended for (program-specific countries only)
ℹ️Note: Multiple filters can be applied in combination. The table will update in real time to show the matching results.
Downloading Posters & Flyers
You can download any poster or flyer in PDF format, by selecting the language(s) most commonly spoken by your workers.
- In the "Language" column (far right), use the language selector to choose the variant you wish to download
- Click the green “Download” button in the same row to save the file to your local device in PDF format
ℹ️Note: The languages available for each worksite are determined based on your registered locations.
⚠️Important: Although posters & flyers may look very similar, each resource displays a unique participation code tied to each worksite. Please ensure that you download and print the specific resource(s) for each worksite location where you wish to launch the program. Using the same copy at all worksites will result in worker responses being recorded incorrectly.
4. How to request support
If you have questions about the program or encounter any issues finding the correct program materials for your worksites, support is available directly from the Resources page.
- Find the green box labeled "Need Help?" at the top right corner of the page.
-
Click the "Visit Help Center" button in the bottom right corner of the box.
- This will open the Help Center in a new browser tab, where you can:
- Browse common questions about the Worker Voice program.
- Submit a support ticket if your question is not covered by existing articles.
ℹ️Note: For the fastest resolution, include your company name, worksite name, and a description of the issue when submitting a ticket.
