My company has already been assessed. Why am I asked to complete the questionnaire again?

As sustainability standards, international regulations, and customer expectations constantly evolve, companies must improve by participating in regular sustainability assessments.

Following international standards, your EcoVadis sustainability scorecard is valid for twelve (12) months from the publication date. Typically, if one of your trading partners asks to see your scorecard, we automatically send you a request to share your assessment results with them. However, if your assessment took place more than 12 months ago your scorecard is expired, and we ask you to undergo another assessment. Learn more about how the reassessment works.

Requesting customers can also request an immediate reassessment if your company’s performance does not meet their supply chain requirement. 

If requested for an immediate reassessment, you can begin working on your questionnaire if you have an available assessment credit on your account, or you can purchase an extra assessment. Learn more about assessment credits.
