What should I do if I need a specific document to complete my payment?

To successfully pay for your EcoVadis subscription, you may require an additional document to finalize the transaction. To determine if this applies to your specific case, please take a look at the scenarios provided below.

Case 1: If you need EcoVadis to provide you with EcoVadis' details (including bank details/corporate information…), our bank details can be found at the bottom of your pending invoice, as shown in the sample below:

Case 2: Depending on your country-specific legislation, you might also need specific documents to be able to pay for your EcoVadis services, for example:

• Certificate of tax residence
• W8-BEN-E
• 10F Form, No Permanent Establishment certificate (India)
• DGT Form (Indonesia)

Case 3: Depending on your country-specific legislation, you might also need specific documents unique to your company to be able to pay for your EcoVadis services, such as:

• Original Invoice (sealed and signed)
• Account statement
• MOD. 21-RFI (Portugal)

EcoVadis, as an online service provider assessing numerous companies, does not complete external forms or documents. If necessary, we will gladly provide the information you require, so that you can fill out your company-specific documents.
